We produce reliable, hi-tech deburring dies to reduce the risk of interruptions to production as far as possible.

We offer deburring dies complete with hydraulic radial units and rocker-arm mechanical movement to facilitate cleaning areas which are hard to reach with the normal open-and-close movement.

The dies are checked and regulated by electronic and electrical components which use sensors and limit switches to ensure a correct blanking cycle. Dies are delivered complete with blowing, electrical and any hydraulic systems. All dies leave our facility only after having been tested internally to ensure that they will perform reliably over time.
